got this from a friend at work. Can't get any easier. Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked regular grain rice |
2 large eggs |
1 cup milk |
1 teaspoon milk |
Directions:
1. Cook rice according to package directions. 2. Place all ingredients in a food proceesor until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides. 3. Bake in a preheated, oiled waffle iron until golden brown. |
