Ingredients:
2 tablespoons flax seed meal
2 tablespoons water
spices (optional)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix flax seed meal with water and spices. Let rest 2-3 minutes.
2. On a piece of parchment, press and gently spread the mixture with a fork, until the shape desired. Microwave for 2.5 minutes or until cracker is solid.
