This is an easy recipe. You can either cook a pot roast 3 hours or buy a pound of cooked beef at your deli. It will outdo any beef chimichanga or green chili burro you ever eaten. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked beef (diced or shredded) |
1 (10 ounce) can beef gravy |
1 (8 ounce) can diced green chilies |
1 dozen flour tortilla |
Directions:
1. Mix beef, chilies, and gravy; heat over low. 2. Put about 3 tablespoons mix in warm tortilla. Enjoy! |
