I saw something similar to this recipe in our local newspaper last year, but lost the original. My kids loved it as did my gf. Super simple to make. Ingredients:
1 lb fresh cranberries |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated |
5 whole cloves |
2 sticks cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Mix Cranberries, Sugar, Vinegar, Ginger and Cloves in an Oven Safe bowl. 2. Place Cinnamon Sticks on top. 3. Cook uncovered for 25 minute. |
