I received this recipe from a friend in Barbados. Its easy, and tastes great. Not very healthy though... I found that a hand (immersion) blender fits perfectly into a can of regular corn to cream it, if you need to. Ingredients:
2 (14 ounce) cans creamed corn |
1/3 cup flour |
salt |
pepper |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Mix creamed corn, salt, pepper, and flour. 2. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. 3. Cut the butter and spread it evenly over the corn. 4. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes, till golden and bubbly. Serve warm. |
