A simple to make, rich side dish-as much a staple at my family gatherings as the paper plates! Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained |
1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn |
1 (8 ounce) box jiffy corn muffin mix |
1/2 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened |
1/2-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Combine everything but the cheddar cheese. 2. Pour into greased 8-inch casserole. 3. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes. 4. Top with cheddar and bake and additional 5 min or until cheese is melted. 5. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. |
