Simple Concord Grape Frosting |

This was shared by a dear friend, so simple and perfect on any simple cake. The color alone is gorgeous! Enjoy! :) Ingredients:
1 egg white |
3 tbsp. concord grape juice |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 tsp. light corn syrup |
Directions:
1. Mix all these ingredients in a Double Boiler.
2. Beat until mixture makes *peaks*, constantly.
3. Do not let it burn!
4. Remove from heat, continue mixing till spreadable.
5. This recipe will yield enough frosting to cover a 2 layer cake.
