This is something simple I came up with one day when I had a craving for leafy green veggies :) Really quick to make! Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can collard greens |
3 large garlic cloves (minced) |
1/2 cup butter (salted) |
Directions:
1. Melt butter then sauté minced garlic. 2. Drain collard greens, add to butter/garlic mix. 3. Stir for about 5 minutes, then serve. (I like to pour the sauté over the greens. |
