Quick, easy to make coconut rice. Ingredients:
1.5 cups water |
1.5 cups rice |
1 can coconut milk |
Directions:
1. Rinse the rice. 2. In a medium saucepan, bring the water, rice, and coconut milk to a boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Once boiling, stir frequently until all of the water/milk has been absorbed by the rice. 4. Turn off the heat, and place a lid on the saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes. 5. Enjoy! |
