Simple Chocolate Brownies |

I used to make this recipe when I had just started baking. It turns out well and is very simple to put together. Ingredients:
100 g flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
40 g cocoa |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
80 g butter |
200 g brown sugar |
2 eggs |
8 -10 teaspoons milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla essence |
Directions:
1. Sieve all dry ingredients together. 2. In a separate bowl, cream butter n sugar till light. 3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well between each addition. 4. Fold dry ingredients in this mixture. 5. Add vanilla and milk; mix till smooth. 6. Pour into a greased pan. Bake at 160°c for 25-30 minute. 7. Cool in pan for 10 min then invert and cool on a rack. |
