This is perfect for a large crowd!
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 c. of diced onions
1/2 c. of diced green chili peppers
1/4 c. of diced celery
3 medium tomatoes
1 (29 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 (29 oz) can of kidney beans (with liquid)
1 (29 oz) can of pinto beans (with liquid)
3 tbsp. of chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
2-3 tsp. of cumin powder
2 tsp. of salt
2 c. of water
Directions:
1. First you want to brown beef in a medium pan over medium flame.
2. Drain meat.
3. Then in a soup pot, add all the ingredients plus the beef and simmer on low flame for approx. 2-3 hours.
4. Make sure to stir often!
5. Serve!
