I developed this recipe through trial and error and have come up with what I believe to be one of my best unique creations. No weird ingredients, just yummy goodness. The salad is really nice as a side dish for burgers or as a light main course. Enjoy! Ingredients:
6 cups chickpeas |
5 radishes, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced |
1 small sweet onion, minced |
1/2 cup parsley, minced |
1/4 cup lemon juice |
1/4 cup oil |
3 garlic cloves (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust any seasoning to fit your personal preference. |
