I am into simple these days, what with Christmas just past us. all so I need a break from turkey. This is a very easy Chicken Curry recipe from the Convenience Cook cookbook. For all those that are afraid of curry, this is for you. Read more . Simple, fast, and you are not looking for a bucket of water to stick your head into after the first bite. Ingredients:
1 tbs vegetable oil |
1/2 cup diced onion |
2 tbs all-purpose flour |
2 tsp curry powder |
1 cup chicken stock |
2 cups cubed cooked chicken |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat, add onion and cook, stirring until softened about 3 minutes. 2. Add flour and curry powder, cook stirring for 1 minute. 3. Add Chicken stock and cook, stirring until slightly thickened. 4. Add chicken and cook till chicken is hot. |
