                    This recipe can be made with Ground Chicken, Turkey, or Lean Ground Beef. I love making a big pot of this and having it for lunch throughout the week. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1 lb ground chicken, turkey or 1 lb lean beef  |  
                                                1 chopped onion  |  
                                                nonstick cooking spray  |  
                                                2 (28 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes  |  
                                                4 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans  |  
                                                1 packet , the chili seasoning of your choice  |  
                                                salt and pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Over medium heat spray a frying pan with non stick cooking spray. 2. Saute Onion until brown and add Ground Meat to the pan - Add Salt and Pepper. 3. Brown the meat and when cooked thoroughly. 4. Transfer the meat to a pot with the rest of the ingredients and Stir. 5. Cook over medium heat for at least 30 minutes.                              |
