Simple Chicken and Rice --Another Recipe

I made this up from things I had on hand-and by reading other's recipes-no cream soups in this-use kosher canned chicken broth if available since it tastes much better ( her in west palm beach, it is available at most supermarkets)-I also use parboiled rice -like uncle bens.
Ingredients:
1 cup white rice
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet lipton onion soup mix
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Use 1 Tb butter to grease 9x9 pyrex square pan.
3. Place rice ( rinsed till clear), chicken broth, water, onion soup mix and 2 Tb butter into pan.
4. Place chicken breasts, which have been cut up ( as you wish) into the pan.
5. Sprinkle pepper over the chicken.
6. Cover the pan tightly wth foil and place into oven.
7. Bake for 45 minutes tightly covered then bake an additional 15 minutes uncovered.
