You'd never guess how simple this recipe is by tasting it. I enjoy it. Hope you do, too. Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
1 -2 teaspoon dried tarragon |
8 -10 chicken thighs (with skin) or 8 -10 chicken drumsticks (with skin) |
Directions:
1. Place chicken on foil-lined cookie sheet. 2. Combine the butter, mustard and tarragon. Brush over the chicken. 3. Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes, or until completely cooked. |
