Simple Cheese Pitta

A very quick and simple breakfast snack
Ingredients:
any solid cheese that melts you like (preferably cheddar)
2 tomato slice
2 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
1 small pitta bread
Directions:
1. Head up your toaster
2. Place pitta in toaster until pitta starts to get grill marks and starts to expand
3. Take pitta with napkin so you don't burn and cut it from the side to open the pocket so that it opens in to flaps
4. Put back in the toaster with the inside part of the pitta facing down and cook for 30 seconds
5. Turn over again
6. Spread the mustard on ones flap of the pitta and place the tomato on the other. Put the cheese in between and close the pitta
7. Cook to preference for another 2-5 minutes and voila!
