This came from Horseheads Woman's Club Cookbook. I haven't tried this, posting this for future use. Ingredients:
1 lb hamburger (ground beef) |
16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (1 large bag) |
10 ounces mushroom soup |
10 ounces frozen tater tots (no amount given) |
Directions:
1. Brown hamburger. Place in casserole in layers with the cooked mixed vegetables and mushroom soup. Top with frozen tater tots stood on end. 2. Bake 45 minutes at 350. |
