Simple Carrots And Cabbage With Oregano |

A quick, easy and tasty way to enjoy carrots and cabbage! Ingredients:
4 large carrots julienned |
1/3 head of cabbage shredded |
1 tsp dried oregano |
1 tbsp olive oil |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over med high heat. Add the carrots to the pan and sauté for about a minute. Add the cabbage and stir constantly. Once the veggies start to slightly soften, add the oregano and salt and pepper. Stir and sauté for a couple more minutes. Be careful not to cook too long, you don't want everything too soft! |
