This is a very simple & nutritious recipe..... Ingredients:
1 c rice-cooked |
1/2 c carrots grated |
1 m onion-thinly sliced |
1 or 2 green chilly-thinly sliced |
mustard seed -1/s tsp |
cumin seed-1/2 tsp |
curry leaves |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil,add mustard seeds 2. when they start crackling add cumin seeds 3. Then add thinly sliced onions&green chilly&fry 4. Add grated carrots&curry leaves,saute for a while and then add salt 5. Add the cooked rice&gently mix well. |
