This is a very simple & nutritious recipe.....
Ingredients:
1 c rice-cooked
1/2 c carrots grated
1 m onion-thinly sliced
1 or 2 green chilly-thinly sliced
mustard seed -1/s tsp
cumin seed-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
Directions:
1. Heat the oil,add mustard seeds
2. when they start crackling add cumin seeds
3. Then add thinly sliced onions&green chilly&fry
4. Add grated carrots&curry leaves,saute for a while and then add salt
5. Add the cooked rice&gently mix well.
