This is a simple yet yummy side dish. Ingredients:
4 cups shredded cabbage |
3 garlic cloves, minced |
1/8 cup water |
1 1/2 tablespoons tamari |
1 tablespoon margarine |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Place a wok or frying pan on the stove. Heat it on a medium setting. 2. Add the garlic and 1 tsp of water to the pan. Cook, stirring frequently, for about 30 seconds. 3. Add the cabbage, tamari, and remaining water. cook, stirring regularly, until the cabbage becomes a bright green. 4. Turn off the heat. Add the margarine and black pepper, and serve immediately. |
