A flavourful blend of shredded green cabbage, onion, parsley, and tossed with a lemon tahini dressing. Ingredients:
1 head green cabbage, shredded |
1 white onion, thinly sliced |
1 bunch parsley, minced |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1/2 cup lemon juice (about two large lemons) |
1/4 cup white vinegar |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely shred cabbage and slice onion paper thin. Mix in a large bowl and add minced parsley. 2. Whisk the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat. Adjust seasonings as needed. |
