Simple Cabbage and Potato Bake |

People often find it hard to believe that something so simple can be so good. Ingredients:
1 (22 ounce) box chicken stock |
4 large potatoes, peeled and cut up |
3 slices bacon |
1 small head cabbage, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil chopped cabbage for 2 minutes and then drain. 2. In a baking dish add cabbage, potatoes, chicken stock and salt and pepper. 3. Place three strips of bacon over top. 4. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes. 5. Discard bacon before serving. |
