This is a straightforward, easy to prep Korean BBQ recipe (bul go gi). Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs flank steaks, sliced thin |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup white sugar |
1/4 cup chopped green onion |
1 tablespoon smashed garlic |
2 tablespoons sesame oil |
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
3 tablespoons peanut oil |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, except sesame seeds, and let marinate minimum 30 minutes. 2. Quickly cook steak over high heat, using oil (peanut, safflower, etc.). 3. Sprinkle sesame seeds over dish. 4. Serve with rice. |
