Simple Broccoli Cheese Soup for Crock Pot |

This is my own recipe when all the others seemed much to complicated for what I wanted. Yes, it does use Velveeta. I found that real cheese didn't give it the texture or taste that I was looking for. Ingredients:
16 ounces frozen broccoli florets |
1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed |
1 (12 ounce) can cream of celery soup |
1 1/2 cups milk |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Cube Velveeta and dice onion. 2. Toss all ingredients in a crock pot. 3. Cook on low for 3 hours. |
