Simple Breakfast Casserole Ingredients:
6 eggs |
1 cup 2% milk |
8 ounce bacon |
340 grams |
1/2 tsp pepper |
1/2 tsp dry mustard |
4 ounce cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon (can also use sausage). 2. Line 8x8 dish with frozen hashbrowns. 3. Sprinkle cooked bacon over hashbrowns. 4. Mix together eggs, milk, pepper & dry mustard. 5. Pour into dish. 6. Top with grated cheese. 7. Refrigerate over night. 8. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes to an hour. |
