Very simple, few ingredients, no milk, and super yummy! Ingredients:
1 cup fruit punch |
1/2 cup yogurt |
1 cup frozen mixed berries |
Directions:
1. Toss all into a blender, blend until smooth. 2. Notes: You can substitute the fruit punch with any kind of juice you want. I used strawberry flavored yogurt for an extra kick. Experiment, try any flavor yogurt you want and see what happens! I'm sure this would be just as yummy with frozen fruit as well, or maybe half of each! And it would also be just as good with fresh, but you may want to add some ice to chill it a bit. |
