Simple Basil Sauce (For Two)

This was created when I wanted something a little savory to serve alongside some Tilapia for dinner in lieu of traditional tarter sauce. It also makes a good dip for vegetables when thinned out with some lowfat sour cream or low fat mayo.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (heaping)
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
black pepper (to taste)
Directions:
1. In a small dish, add mayo, basil and lemon juice - mix well.
2. Serve alongside fish, or on a baked potato, or as dip for vegetables.
