Ingredients:
1 shortcrust pastry |
3 eggs |
1 onion |
2 tomatoes |
1 green pepper |
1 1/2 cups mature cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely chop onion, green pepper and tomatoes. 2. Whisk 3 eggs. 3. Grate the cheese. 4. Add all ingredients to egg mixture. 5. Place in pastry case. 6. Leave in oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top. |
