From Lousie Hagler's Tofu Cookery Ingredients:
1 lb silken firm tofu |
1/4 cup oil |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 ripe bananas |
1/2 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Note I always add just a touch of almond extract in place of some of the vanilla. 2. Use only silken do not use cotton. 3. Put in blender. 4. Blend until creamy. 5. Pour into serving dishes or pie and serve or chill. |
