Ingredients:
125 g butter
250 g sugar
3 large ripe bananas or 4 small ripe bananas, mashed
3 eggs, beaten
250 g flour, sifted together with
2 teaspoons baking powder
Directions:
1. Heat the oven to 180 deg C and grease bottom of a 21cm x 11cm loaf tin with butter.
2. Beat the butter and sugar.
