Simple Banana Bread

This is so good! I made 3 loaves one day and they were gone the next!
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil (i use applesauce too)
2/3 cup sugar
2 ripe bananas
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix flour and baking soda.
3. In a seperate bowl, beat eggs with fork.
4. Add oil, sugar and bananas.
5. Add flour mixture, stir until well blended.
6. Pour into greased loaf pan.
7. Bake for 1 hour.
