Easy baked tofu. Leftovers are great the nextday in a sandwich. Ingredients:
16 oz tofu |
1 1/2 tbs soy sauce |
1 tbs cooking wine (or sherry) |
1 tbs sesame oil |
1 tsp minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Slice tofu into 8 slabs. Press in a dishtowel for ten minutes. 2. Mix marinade in baking dish. Add tofu and let marinate for 30 minutes. 3. Bake for 30 minutes, turning after 25 minutes. |
