Simple preparation for Pattypan Squash (also called Scalloped). Ingredients:
2-3 5 pattypan squash |
olive oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425F 2. Remove the skin from the squash 3. Cut into quarters 4. Brush each piece with olive oil 5. Lightly salt each piece 6. Place pieces on a baking sheet 7. Bake 10-15 minutes until tender (check with fork) |
