Nothing could be easier and more satisfying than this blueberry cobbler served warm with ice cream. Ingredients:
1 (21 ounce) can lucky leaf® premium blueberry pie filling |
6 tablespoons butter |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 cup self-rising flour |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Melt butter and pour into a 2- or 2.5-quart casserole or baking pan. Mix sugar, flour and milk. 3. Pour mixture over butter, but do not mix. Pour the LUCKY LEAF Premium Blueberry Pie Filling on top, but do not mix. 4. Bake for 1 hour. Serve warm with ice cream, if desired. |
