Simple and Delicious Spinach and Artichoke Dip |

This is the easiest and quickest (and the most delicious) spinach and artichoke dip recipe! This is my staple to bring to guests houses, just because of how quick it is to make and the many, many compliments you get (as well as bringing home an empty dish)! Enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup shredded parmigiano-reggiano cheese |
14 ounces artichoke hearts, well-drained and chopped |
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 red bell pepper, chopped |
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the mayonnaise and cheeses. Stir in the artichoke, spinach and red bell pepper. Spread into a one-quart oven proof casserole dish and spinkle with the monterey cheese. 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips! Delicious! |
