Simple and Amazing Italian Sausage Soup |

My favorite soup, simple, quick and absolutely delicious. Beginner cooks can make this no problem. My family raves and demands this soup often. Ingredients:
1 lb italian sausage, ground |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons dried basil |
6 mushrooms |
2 zucchini, quartered and sliced |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
1 (15 ounce) can butter beans |
1 (15 ounce) can black beans |
4 cups beef broth |
romano cheese, grated as desired |
Directions:
1. Brown sausage in your soup pot, add garlic and basil and cook for about another 5 minute. 2. Add remaining ingredients except the Romano. 3. Bring to boil and then simmer for about 15 minutes. 4. Serve in soup bowl and sprinkle with grated Romano and serve with some good Italian bread or baguette. |
