Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
1 teaspoon(s) italian seasoning, crushed
3/4 cup(s) uncooked regular long-grain white rice
1 cup(s) chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1.
Heat broth and Italian seasoning in 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.

Stir rice and spinach in saucepan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Stir in cheese. Serve with additional cheese.
