Got this recipe from a co-worker. Supposedly a Weight Watchers recipe. Ingredients:
1 -2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained |
1 can veg-all |
1/2 can mild rotel |
1 can kidney bean |
22 ounces v8 vegetable juice or 22 ounces vegetable juice |
1 can minestrone soup |
1/2 bag uncooked pasta |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes. |
