Got this recipe from a co-worker. Supposedly a Weight Watchers recipe.
Ingredients:
1 -2 lb ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can veg-all
1/2 can mild rotel
1 can kidney bean
22 ounces v8 vegetable juice or 22 ounces vegetable juice
1 can minestrone soup
1/2 bag uncooked pasta
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook for 30 minutes.
