Ingredients:
1 ounces plum sake |
2 ounces sake (recommend: kaori or fukunishiki) |
3 ounces white wine |
1 -ounce mango juice |
1 -ounce pineapple juice |
1 -ounce merlot |
1 -ounce champagne |
4 spoons cubed fruit (plum, mango, pineapple: be creative!) |
Directions:
1. Mix plum sake, sake, white wine, mango and pineapple juice with ice, shake and serve in a wine glass. Float with merlot and champagne and finish with cubed fruit.
