Sigeum Chi Namoolseasoned Spinach

This is the very best Korean salad! I want to go there!!!
Ingredients:
1 # fresh spinach
1t. chopped green oinion
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. + sesame oil
1 clove garlic, chopped and crushed
1/8 tsp. salt
1 t. soy sauce
1 heaping tsp. sesame seed
Directions:
1. Wash spinach and place in a pan. Cover and steam (without adding additional water) until limp and reduced in 1/2. Rinse with cold water and squeeze all the liquid from the limp spinach. Chop spinach and combine/work in the remaining ingredients to blend. Chill and enjoy.
