The Vegetarian Kitchen Table Cookbook Ingredients:
4 oranges, peeled and sliced |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup thinly sliced fennel bulb |
1/4 cup julienned red onion |
4 large lettuce leaves |
chopped fresh italian parsley |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine oranges, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. 2. Marinate at room temperature for about 30 minutes. 3. Place a lettuce leaf in the center of each serving plate, fill with salad mixture and garnish with parsley. |
