Had this first at a friends house and thought it was the best potato dish I have ever had. I guess it had been passed down from generations in their family. Really easy to make and everyone will love it.guaranteed:-) Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen potatoes (1 bag) |
500 ml sour cream |
1/2 cup graded onion |
20 ounces cream of mushroom soup |
2 cups graded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 2. Thaw potatoes. 3. Mix together potatoes, sour cream, onion, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese. 4. Place ingredients in 9*13 baking dish. 5. Melt butter and pour over mixture, mix inches. 6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours. |
