1. My favorite is here!!! 2. Princess Pie (Coconut Cream Pie) 3. crust: 4. cup flour 5. /2 cup butter, melted 6. Tbs sugar 7. /2 cup chopped pecans - optional 8. Mix and pat in an 8x8 inch pan, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until just beginning to turn golden. Do not over bake. 9. Layer two: 10. ounces cream cheese, room temperature 11. cup powdered sugar 12. cup whipped topping 13. Beat together sugar and cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust. 14. Layer three: 15. small package coconut cream instant pudding 16. /2 cups whole milk (any milk will do, but whole milk makes pudding so much tastier) 17. Mix until thickened. Spread over cream cheese mixture. 18. Top with remaining tub of whipped topping. 19. Toast 1 cup coconut. Sprinkle evenly on dessert. Refrigerate. 20. This is a must share, sharing is caring :) |
