Shroom!... Easy Mushroom Meatballs |

I created this recipe with some leftover ingredients. I am not a huge meat eater, but my husband is, and this creation had us both licking the plate. Ingredients:
1 kg fresh mushrooms |
250 g ground pork |
250 g ground beef |
1 egg white |
6 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
6 scallions |
1 -2 minced garlic clove |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Mince mushrooms and scallions. Sauté mushrooms in pan until they are cooked and the juice has run out of them. 2. Combine drained mushrooms with all other ingredients, mix well, and add bread crumbs until you reach desired meatballing consistancy. 3. Fry meatballs on nonstick pan until golden brown. Serve any way you like. |
