shrimps - 400 gms |
parsley - a few sprigs |
peppersorns - 8 to 10 |
garlic - 25 to 30 cloves |
butter - 4 tbsps |
mustard paste - 1 tbsp |
salt - to taste |
lemon juice - 1 tbsp |
Directions:
1. Remove heads and shells of shrimps. devein and wash well. Drain thoroughly. 2. wash and dry parsley. Chop finely and keep aside. Crush peppercorns. Peel, wash and grind garlic to a paste. 3. Heat butter in a pan and fry garlic paste briefly. Add shrimps, mustard paste, lemon juice, freshly crushed peppercorns and salt. 4. Cook ucovered on low heat till shrimps are cooked. Add chopped parsley and remove from heat when moisture dries up. 5. Serve hot, preferably with toothpicks. |
