This is a dish made with just 4 ingrediets. It's so easy to cook yet surprisingly good.
Ingredients:
1 kilo shrimps, unpeeled
2 cups coconut milk
1 can pineapple chunks (with the juice)
6 pieces camias, chopped
fish sauce to taste
Directions:
1. Pour in coconut milk, chopped camias and pineapple chunks and the juice in a caserole
2. Boil for 5 minutes
3. Put in the shrimps
4. Add fish sauce
5. Boil for another 5 minutes or until the coconut milk reduces
