Shrimp Wrapped In Parma Prosciutto |

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound(s) fresh large head-on shrimp |
2 to 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic |
10 slice(s) parma prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise |
Directions:
1. Remove the heads, peel and devein the shrimp leaving the tail on. 2. Wrap each shrimp with a 1/2 slice of prosciutto. 3. In a large nonstick sauté pan, heat the olive oil to medium heat. 4. Add the garlic and shrimp and let sauté for approximately 1 – 2 minutes. 5. Turn the shrimp and let sauté for another 1 – 2 minutes until lightly pink and opaque. 6. Remove immediately, plate and serve. |
