A wonderful filling way to please any seafood lover or anyone who thinks they don't like shrimp. lol
Ingredients:
shrimp, peeled, cooked and without tails. (as many as you would like to serve.
8 oz or more of cream cheese.
3 or more green onions, minced
60 won ton skins
oil for deep frying
Directions:
1. combine cream cheese and onion.
2. place one or less shrimp and one tsp of cheese filling in center of the won ton square.
3. dip your finger in water and moisten 2 edges of the wrapper. fold and seal.
4. deep fry at 375 degree's until golden brown
5. may be fried ahead of time and reheated in a 350 degree oven.
6. you could also cut up or mince the shrimp and mix them into the cheese mixture.
