18 shelled butterfly shrimp 3/4 pd |
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce |
1 tablespoon(s) minced ginger |
2 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |

2 tablespoon(s) medium dry sherry |
strained marinade |
1/3 cup(s) water |
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch |
2 tablespoon(s) corn oil |
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic |
3/4 teaspoon(s) minced ginger |
1/2 cup(s) cubed sweet red peppers |
1/2 bunch(es) watercress |
hot cooked rice/ oriental noodles |
Directions:
1. combine the shrimp with marinade sit 1 hr strain., combine marinade with water and cornstarch, cook x 1 min, heat oil add shrimp, ginger, garlic.x 30sec, add peppers 30 sec and add sauce serve over noodles or rice |
